Our school is founded on Christian values, of which the 'community' is the principal

 

At St Mary's, excellence in learning is fostered through our shared values.  A strong sense of belonging enables all our children to find their place and reach their full potential.  Our Christian values, which accord with the nationally agreed British values, permeate our lessons and approach to teaching, behaviour and collective worship.  These are: Thankfulness, Endurance, Reverence, Forgiveness, Justice, Service, Creation, Friendship, Humility, Compassion, Wisdom, Trust, Peace and Hope.
